Does the free plan include everything?
Yes — all 28 trades, permit & timeline planner, bid comparison, PDF export, and AI scope generation are included on the free plan. The only limit is 5 estimates per calendar month.
How accurate are the estimates?
Estimates use real-world regional labor rates for all 50 states (50+ cities), material unit costs with waste factors, and grade-tier multipliers. They're designed as a solid baseline for bidding — always review with your own field knowledge.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes — cancel anytime from the Manage Subscription page. You keep Pro access until the end of your billing period. No questions asked.
Do unused free estimates roll over?
No — the 5 free estimates reset at the start of each calendar month.
